Description: A 4-session heart-centered coaching journey to embrace discomfort and build self-compassion. This program focuses on reframing old narratives, fostering resilience, and cultivating a deeper relationship with oneself.

Life By Design Program
Description: This 4-session coaching journey guides you to move from uncertainty to creating abundance in your life through aligned action. We’ll do this by conducting a self-inventory, identifying your core values and desired feelings, clarifying and prioritizing your goals, and co-creating a heart-based action plan that brings coherence and joy into your life.
